App disappeared and took my points with it

I had the app, then I didnt. I dont know why it disappeared, but when I downloaded it again, my points were gone. I tried to submit an error report and it wouldnt go through, and the developer website gave a 404 error, so am unable to let anyone know, so writing this review. Im unhappy with the app. Im not unhappy with their product, however. Yum!
Im hoping they get these kinks with the app worked out, soon.
