Not able to add to passbook

I cant get my Pinkcard to transfer to Apple Wallet. (You need to update your app to change the name from Passbook, by the way). Every time I try, I get an error that says "There was a problem creating your pass. Please try again later." It never works.

I downloaded this app yesterday when I received my loyalty card, which had two purchases on the card. The app said the card was invalid and then wouldnt let me leave feedback. Basically, the app may be okay unless you have a problem so they need to fix that. If I cant get my issues resolved, Im more likely to not use the app and be forced to use the less convenient card

I had the app, then I didnt. I dont know why it disappeared, but when I downloaded it again, my points were gone. I tried to submit an error report and it wouldnt go through, and the developer website gave a 404 error, so am unable to let anyone know, so writing this review. Im unhappy with the app. Im not unhappy with their product, however. Yum! Im hoping they get these kinks with the app worked out, soon.

Same issue as previous poster - app disappeared and when you trying to download it from App Store - error message "item not longer available" I have a balance of $20+ loaded with a lot of points - all gone

This app is no longer available? This needs to be addressed all my points are gone and I cant reinstall the app

How is this app no longer available if I just had it on my other iPhone, I tried downloading it again and it says its no longer there... Doesnt make any sense. Apple needs to fix this

First of all, I have to say I was very disappointed to find that rewards through this app arent accepted at the Minnesota location. I bought my sister a gift card for her birthday, and they will not accept it. A complete waste of $25. Additionally, the app recently disappeared off of my phone and I am no longer able to download it. Really frustrating considering I was finally going to be able to use it during a trip to New York.

I was trying to download this app on my new phone and it doesnt let me. It says this item no longer available. How is that possible when I just had it on my other phone? This needs to be fixed.

Have been using app. Have 2 free yogurts. Got new phone. Get message "app no longer exists" when I try to download. Also -once youve pulled out your phone, you shouldnt have to answer the question from the cashier if you want to pay using the app (this part applies when I could get the app on my phone).

Dont know whats going on cant down load this app after I had it before

Just like that, everything I have earned gone with the wind. I cannot use free cup....... I cannot even load the app anymore!! Hey Pinkberry this is more than a bug. Someone fell asleep at the wheel.

I had the app and used it two days ago! I even earned enough points for a free cup! Today 9/9/16 the app is no longer available!?!?!

Ive been trying to re-download this app on my new phone for 2 months. It keeps on saying "app is no longer available" I have the pinkberry card on my apple wallet otherwise I wouldnt be able to collect rewards.

I was happy with this rewards app for a few years. Then all of a sudden it disappeared from my phone and took all my points with it. Seriously not happy. Pinkberry, get your act together.
